About the Role

Padme Hum Studio India is looking for a proactive Studio Coordinator to manage our dynamic workspace in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Studio Operations: Manage day-to-day activities and ensure smooth workspace workflows.
• Production & Vendor Coordination: Liaise directly with artisans, production teams, and external vendors.
• Client Management: Handle client enquiries, custom orders, and follow-ups professionally.
• Design & Quality: Assist with product development, design iterations, and strict quality control checks.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage product pricing, track inventory, oversee website orders, packaging, and dispatch.
• Brand Support: Support the creation of catalogues, exhibitions, and product presentations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong design sensibility paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to multitask effectively and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
• A genuine interest in ceramics and handcrafted design.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Fashion, Product Design, Ceramics, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Prior professional experience in a similar coordination or design role.
