- Execute design / edits with world-class Kraft.
- Be the backbone of our creative output and deliver A-grade work on all "current" client needs.
- Understand that your designs / edits are the "clean data" the AI needs to see.
- Focus on consistency and authority, not just one-off viral "hits."
- Bring your own ideas; talent is listened to, not titles.
- Absorb everything and ask questions.
- Support the creative team on all tasks.
- Build your portfolio with real work that's part of a real "engine."
- Take a strategic brief and turn it into a world-class visual campaign.
- Own the visual craft from concept to execution.
