Design Intern, MEP/Civil

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Design Intern – MEP/Civil with proficiency in AutoCAD and a basic understanding of technical drawings, fixtures, and construction detailing. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to gain practical experience in design and technical drawing. Prior work experience is not mandatory. We value a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into technically feasible drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Support the development of MEP/Civil design drawings and basic construction detailing.
• Work on drawings related to fixtures, layouts, and other design elements as required.
• Help translate design concepts into accurate and technically workable drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with the team to incorporate design feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Learn and apply relevant drafting practices and technical standards under the guidance of the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B.Arch, B.Des (Interior Design), Civil Engineering, or a Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, fixtures, and construction detailing.
• Good attention to detail and an ability to work accurately.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop technical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
