About The Wedding Sparks™

The Wedding Sparks™ is a luxury wedding photography and cinematic film production house specializing in wedding storytelling, destination weddings, pre-wedding productions, and premium visual experiences. We are looking for an ambitious, confident, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Navsari.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming wedding enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their wedding requirements.
• Schedule consultations, studio visits, and client meetings.
• Present wedding photography and cinematography packages professionally.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong relationships with clients and wedding industry partners.
• Maintain accurate lead records, sales updates, and booking reports.
• Coordinate with the internal production and management teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in client handling, follow-ups, and sales conversations
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
• Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Experience in wedding, event, hospitality, or service-based sales is an advantage.

• Weekend Availability: Required due to the wedding industry's nature.
