US Voice Process Associate

About the Role

Digitel Media LLP is an international BPO company based in Ahmedabad that provides customer service and lead generation support for US-based clients. The US Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers over the phone.
• Generate leads according to the assigned process.
• Meet assigned call, quality, and performance targets.
• Record call details and customer information in the CRM.
• Follow approved scripts and process guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone.
• Willingness to work during night hours.
• Ability to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.
• Freshers may apply.
• Previous BPO, customer service, telesales, or voice process experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Shift timing: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Weekly offs: Saturday and Sunday.

Salary

• ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
