About the Role

As a professionally trained Lady Security Guard for G4S, you will be a member of the security team responsible for securing premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, and factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect premises, property, and information.
• Reporting daily to Supervisor with all daily reports as per procedures.
• Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Adhering to all Health, Safety, and Environment instructions at all times.
• Operating and monitoring security systems.
• Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles.
• Conduct foot patrols, searching for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of a person at a site.
• Patrol all outside parking areas to ensure vehicle safety and detect unauthorized persons.
• Write appropriate reports as required.
• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols.
• Monitor CCTV.
• Act as a surveillance operative.
• Help to identify and prevent criminal activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education qualification is 10th Pass.
• Minimum Height: 5 ft for women.
• Age between 18 to 35 for freshers and up to 40 for experienced security guards.
• Physically and Medically fit and look mature.
