About the Role

Nangok-creating memories is an emerging venture focused on designing memorable experiences and meaningful moments for its customers. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Co-Founder role involves driving the company’s overall strategy, defining and refining the value proposition, and leading key initiatives across operations, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities.
• Engage with potential clients.
• Oversee project execution.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of customer experiences.
• Conduct market and customer research.
• Shape brand messaging.
• Build efficient processes to support growth.
• Collaborate with founders or core team members to make critical decisions on budgets, hiring, and long-term business development.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand markets, customer needs, and business performance.
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, client interactions, and internal collaboration.
• Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
• Marketing skills to develop brand positioning, campaigns, and content that attract and retain customers.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and make data-informed decisions.
• Comfort with a dynamic startup environment, including willingness to handle both strategic and hands-on tasks.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, event management, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
