About the Role
Suit Lounge is seeking a Luxury Sales Stylist for its luxury bespoke menswear house. This role involves managing client relationships from initial consultation to post-delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell: Consult clients, recommend fabrics and styles to fit their needs, and close the sale.
- Deliver: Coordinate the order through production, fittings, and delivery.
- Retain: Follow up, collect feedback, and bring clients back for their next order.
- Own each client’s journey from first hello to final fitting, ensuring an exceptional experience and styling.
- Advise and close clients for whom quality, experience, discretion, and service are paramount.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Retail sales focused role.
- Proficient in styling knowledge as a tool for sales.
- Experience selling luxury and handling premium clients.
- Familiarity with fabrics, tailoring, construction, fit, and wardrobe planning.
Qualifications
- Freshers welcome.
- 1+ year of retail experience is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Conversational Tamil and Hindi.
- Confident and clear when speaking to strangers.
- Proactive, disciplined, and punctual.
- Hungry to earn through sales and build a career in sales.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
