About the Role
ITW Commercial Construction North America (CCNA) is seeking an HR Intern for the summer of 2027. This role will provide practical experience in core HR areas.
- Location: Glenview, Illinois and Itasca, Illinois
- Duration: Mid-May to early August 2027
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $22.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CCNA HR team on various workplace matters, including talent, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and wellness programs.
- Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Create division-wide HR communications.
- Assist with the summer internship program.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Rising junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities (through extracurriculars, academics, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity, and a drive to excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expected graduation: Winter 2028 or Spring 2029.
