About the Role

Aerione Bharat is seeking a Scientific Speaker for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for delivering engaging, scientifically accurate talks and sessions across Aerione Bharat’s education and experiential learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present content on astronomy, rocketry, space engineering, and STEM concepts to school and college audiences, educators, and visitors.
• Design interactive demonstrations and simplify complex scientific ideas.
• Adapt presentations to different age groups and learning levels.
• Collaborate with program coordinators and researchers to align content with current projects, flagship events, and curricula.
• Assist in developing learning materials, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
• Participate in events and actively engage with learners to foster curiosity and scientific thinking.
• Maintain regular on-site presence at program venues and laboratories.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Storytelling skills.
• Content development skills, including creating slides, visual aids, and interactive demonstrations.
• Interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage multiple sessions or events.
• Ability to travel locally for outreach programs.
• Ready to travel domestic and international.
• Familiarity with current space missions, aerospace technologies, and educational technologies is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in physics, astronomy, and space science.
• Experience in STEM education, science communication, or teaching, preferably in experiential or lab-based learning environments.
• A relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics, Astronomy, Aerospace Engineering, or a related STEM field is highly beneficial.
