Financial Data Analyst

About the Role

The Financial Data Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial and operational data to support fundraising, capital structuring, and strategic decision-making for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing financial and operational data.
• Building and maintaining financial models.
• Performing variance and trend analysis.
• Preparing data-driven reports and dashboards.
• Supporting due diligence for debt and equity transactions.
• Collaborating with consultants, finance professionals, and the internal CA team to interpret data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
• Contributing to client presentations.
• Continuously improving data processes and methodologies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools, including Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to present insights clearly.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial and business data.
• Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills for handling large datasets, creating reports, and building dashboards.
• Financial Analysis and Finance skills, including understanding of financial statements, ratios, valuation, and capital markets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance is an advantage.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CA, or relevant data analytics certifications) are beneficial.

Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
