Monevia Technology is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
• Manage bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Handle multiple job openings and manage high-volume candidate pipelines.
• Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing positions within defined timelines.
• Assist with candidate onboarding and other HR-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate can apply (Graduation in any stream).
• Must have some previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Candidates with experience in bulk hiring or mass recruitment will be preferred.
• Candidates with relevant recruitment internship experience can also apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience in bulk hiring and mass recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Good candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
