About the Role
Accetraa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as a Semi-Voice Process Associate (Hindi & English).
Job Location
Hubballi, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide customer support through digital communication channels.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications
