About The Role
- The engine of new revenue: building pipeline from scratch in a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.
- Outbound prospecting into cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and data-platform buyers drives the majority of bookings.
- This is a quota-carrying, metrics-driven launchpad role.
- Top performers advance to account executive or sales management tracks on a defined 12-18 month career path.
- Features structured coaching, call reviews, and leadership visibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 60+ daily outbound touches (calls, LinkedIn, email sequences) into mid-market and enterprise accounts using Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Research target accounts across cloud, security, and data-engineering buying centers to identify pain points and personalize messaging to VPs of Engineering and CTOs.
- Qualify inbound demo requests and outbound-sourced leads against BANT criteria and book meetings directly onto account executives' calendars.
- Own a monthly pipeline target of $300K+ in sourced opportunity value, tracked weekly in Salesforce.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records: activity logs, account notes, dispositions, and next steps.
- Run multi-threaded outreach campaigns across persona-based sequences, testing subject lines, call scripts, and messaging angles.
- Partner with marketing to give frontline feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and ideal customer profile refinement.
