Start your career with Enterprise Mobility! We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located at 10104 KATY FWY HOUSTON, TX 77043.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business by getting out into the community.
• Put our customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have 1+ year of experience since August 2021 in any of the following:
• Sales (retail, restaurant, hospitality, commission sales, or goal-based sales)
• Military service
• Collegiate student athlete
• Held a student leadership role in a university organization
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record:
• No more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (one of the two violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
