Concept Mastery is an education company offering online Math, Science, and competitive exam preparation programs for students. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support
- Respond to parent inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Explain courses, pricing, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Lead Calling & Sales
- Make outbound calls to cold, new, and existing leads.
- Understand parents' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested parents and convert leads into paying students.
- Maintain accurate lead records and call updates in the CRM.
- Trial Class & Assessment Coordination
- Schedule trial classes and assessments.
- Send booking confirmations and reminders.
- Monitor sessions and coordinate with teachers and parents.
- Follow up after trial classes to encourage enrollment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Confidence communicating with Canadian parents.
- Strong motivation to learn and improve.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused mindset.
- Good listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
