About the Role
- Be the face of the practice.
- Join a team of quality-oriented dental professionals.
- Be part of a brand new, beautiful, modern, and fully equipped dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Acknowledge, smile, and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal.
- Respond to patient questions and/or concerns according to company policies.
- Answering Telephones.
- Scheduling Appointments.
- Maintaining Appointment Book.
- Confirming Appointments.
- Follow up on no-shows/cancellations.
- Register patients on the sign-in sheet.
- Chart Filling.
- Cash Handling.
- Check voicemail on a daily basis.
- Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients.
- Perform and undertake other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Office Manager or PDM.
- Support strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Some training or experience in using multi-line phones.
- Some training or experience in using computers.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
