About the Role

• Location: Bundesweit (across Austria)
• Job Type: Vollzeitstelle (Full-time position), Nebenjob/Wochenendjob (Part-time/Weekend job), Ferienjob (Holiday job)
• Hours: 35 Stunden pro Woche (35 hours per week)
• Salary: €2,800 fix, up to €4,600 per month possible.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Education: No degree required.
• Age: Minimum 17 years old.
• Language: Fluent German (Verhandlungssicher) to connect with and persuade people.
• Skills:
• Empathy and openness.
• Ability to adapt to different people.
• Enthusiasm for the mission.
• Communication skills (ability to talk to people and inspire them).
• Willingness to learn and develop communication skills, negotiation skills, and social competence.
• Mindset: Travel-ready and highly motivated.
• Experience: Quereinsteiger welcome (career changers welcome) – experience is not required.
