Role Description

The Volunteer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. Volunteers support various product and project teams by assisting with documentation, basic research, data entry, and coordination tasks related to software, SaaS products, and workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with preparing product materials.
• Organizing information for internal stakeholders.
• Supporting simple testing activities under guidance.
• Contributing to community or outreach initiatives.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Helping with event or workshop logistics when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic research, organize information clearly, and maintain accurate records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing notes, summaries, and updates.
• Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools, and learning new software platforms.
• Good time management, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, with willingness to support different teams and take initiative when appropriate.
• Interest in technology, software products, or workflow automation; prior exposure is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District during agreed full-time hours.
• Relevant education or training (such as ongoing or completed studies in any discipline) is an advantage but not mandatory.
