Microsoft Power Platform Analyst

About the Role

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an on-site Power Platform Analyst to support new and existing deployments of the Task Management Tool (TMT). This role requires daily on-site presence with no remote work option. The analyst will collaborate with business users, project sponsors, senior leadership, and team members to deliver, update, and expand the functionality of TMT and the Power Platform. You will serve as the primary customer-site contact, working directly with senior leadership, business users, and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, and maintain Power Automate flows to drive end-user processes.
• Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards for analytics, metrics, and insights into tasking behavior.
• Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other Microsoft 365 apps connected to TMT.
• Manage customer expectations regarding solution functionality.
• Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT.
• Coach customers on change management for new initiatives.
• Conduct classroom training and provide desk-side support for users and staff.
• Update customer training materials and SOPs.
• Prepare presentations for leadership briefings.
• Conduct testing for new software builds and lead customer adoption.
• Assist technical staff during solution installation with account creation, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Provide administrative support for related tasking processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Active Secret (or interim Secret) Clearance.
• Ability to work on-site 100% of the time.
• At least 1 year of Power Automate experience.
• At least 1 year of Power BI experience.
• PL-900 and/or PL-300 certification highly desired.
