Entry Level Recruiter

The Recruiting team is responsible for finding sales talent nationwide. This role involves owning the entire candidate search process while managing the needs of a dedicated on-site hiring manager. TQL prides itself on a sense of urgency and the ability to drive results.

What You'll Do

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience for candidates.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; best-in-class paid training program provided.

• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Coachable and thrives in a metrics-driven environment.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
