About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex surgical procedures on companion animals.
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative care.
- Diagnose conditions.
- Prescribe appropriate medical treatments.
- Coordinate laboratory tests.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to deliver high-quality pet care.
- Educate pet guardians on treatment plans and preventive care.
- Adhere to clinical protocols and ethical standards.
- Participate in case discussions.
- Engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications
- Recognized veterinary degree (BVSc or equivalent).
- Valid registration with the relevant veterinary council.

- Commitment to animal welfare and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for emergencies and high case load.
- Prior experience in a hospital or multi-vet setting is an advantage.
