About the Role
Adi Creations is seeking a full-time Video Editor based in Ahmedabad. This is a hybrid position with on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves end-to-end post-production tasks for visually engaging video content and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble raw footage and edit sequences.
- Add transitions and effects.
- Prepare final deliverables for various digital platforms.
- Collaborate with directors and designers to understand project briefs.
- Synchronize audio and video.
- Apply basic and advanced color grading.
- Integrate motion graphics or visual elements as needed.
- Organize media assets and maintain project files.
- Optimize videos for different formats.
- Consistently meet deadlines while adhering to brand and style guidelines.
- Contribute creative ideas and maintain quality standards.
- Refine and enhance visual storytelling in close collaboration with the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Video Production
- Video Editing (short-form and long-form content)
- Video Color Grading
- Motion Graphics creation and integration
- Graphics for titles, lower thirds, and visual elements
- Industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Good sense of pacing, composition, and audio-visual synchronization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion work is essential.
