Key Responsibilities

Software Developer

• Develop and maintain logistics and warehouse systems.
• Develop and maintain desktop web applications.
• Develop and maintain mobile web applications for Android devices.
• Develop and maintain local applications.
• Perform database processing and data integration.
• Investigate system issues and implement functional improvements.

IT Support Specialist

• Provide operational support for logistics and warehouse systems and respond to user inquiries.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, barcode scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows issues and basic network connectivity problems.
• Investigate system errors and data discrepancies, document findings, and coordinate with the development team.
• Assist with user account and system access management.
• Support system updates, deployments, and testing.
• Maintain troubleshooting records and operational documentation.

Server Administrator

• Monitor server performance and system status.
• Troubleshoot server and network issues.
• Manage data backups, recovery, and server security.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and perform system updates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

General

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English is required.

Software Developer

• Preferred Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Entry-Level: No prior professional experience required; web development projects or relevant work experience preferred.
• Experienced: At least three years of web development experience.
• Preferred Technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML/CSS, Java, Angular.js, Oracle, C#, Git.

IT Support Specialist

• Preferred Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows environments and PC hardware.
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience Preferred: IT support, help desk services, or system maintenance.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases is a plus.
• Experience with manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse systems is a plus.

Server Administrator

• Preferred Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server administration and management.
• Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Knowledge of server monitoring, data backup, and recovery.
• Understanding of server security and system update management.

• IT Support Specialist: Ellabell, GA (On-site)
• Server Administrator: Ellabell, GA (On-site)

Compensation

• Software Developer:
• Entry-Level (New College Graduates): $54,000 per year
• Experienced: Negotiable based on automotive industry standards, experience, and qualifications.
• IT Support Specialist: Negotiable following the interview, based on experience and qualifications.
• Server Administrator: Negotiable following the interview, based on experience and qualifications.
