About the Role

What You Will Do
- Create valuable content: Develop training materials, FAQs, workflows, guides, and digital resources.
- Support team initiatives: Assist with product development projects, curriculum creation, digital content development, and other technology services initiatives.
- Help customers succeed: Assist with customer phone support and troubleshooting for construction technology products and solutions.
- Analyze and communicate information: Create reports, presentations, and other technical content.
- Build technical knowledge: Gain exposure to industry-leading technology products, workflows, and customer support processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Junior or senior pursuing a degree, or demonstrating an interest in, construction technology, business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
- Valid work authorization (no company sponsorship required).
Qualifications
- Paid internship at the Billings, MT Technology Support Center.
- Work up to 30 hours per week while attending college.
