About the Role
Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking an Entry-Level Software Engineer. This role involves developing software for the F-15 Mission Planning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- With general supervision, develops, documents, maintains, and unit tests code using software development environments and programming languages (C#, Javascript, SQL).
- Develops, documents, and maintains software design by applying established methods and practices.
- Performs troubleshooting of defects.
- Collaborates with others to propose solutions to problems.
- Integrates and compiles software components into builds.
- May test limited component level software in the target environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Git
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming
- Experience in full software development life-cycle (1+ year(s) preferred)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum (preferred)
- Experience with Javascript (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 0+ years of related work experience OR
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of directly related work experience OR
- 8+ years of related, relevant experience

- Location: Maryland Heights, MO and/or Hazelwood, MO
- Shift: 1st shift
- Export Control: Requires a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance (Pre-Start) and final U.S. Secret Clearance (Post-Start) are required.
- Visa Sponsorship: Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
- Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit.
- Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $72,680
