About the Role
The Pricing & Operation Executive - Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing freight pricing, quotations, and cost analyses for domestic and international shipments. The role involves coordinating daily logistics operations, including shipment planning, documentation, and liaising with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. The executive will monitor operational performance, resolve service issues, and support continuous improvement in processes and customer service. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, and collaborating with internal teams to align pricing strategies with operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review freight pricing, quotations, and cost analyses for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment planning and documentation.
- Liaise with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor operational performance and resolve service issues.
- Support continuous improvement in processes and customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and track shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing strategies with operational capabilities.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work accurately under time constraints, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is desirable.
