Job Title: Management Trainee | Sales & Leadership Development Program
Location: Northern California (San Jose, Gilroy, Concord, San Carlos)
Starting Salary: $60,000 + Uncapped Commission/Profit Sharing
First-Year Earning Potential: ~$65,000
