Data Driven Marketing Analyst

About the Role

The Performance Optimization team at FMCG Direct (a data, analytics, and marketing services agency of Deluxe Corporation) is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics to communicate the results of data-driven marketing campaigns. Analysts will build reporting collateral, identify key insights, and drive program optimizations in collaboration with stakeholders.

This posting is for the 2027 new hire class, with a start date of July 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Python, Java, SQL, and other languages/tools to ingest and sanitize large structured and semi-structured datasets for performance attribution.
• Execute performance attribution and measurement processes to identify marketing campaign responders.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to assess attribution processes and campaign results.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Successfully completed coursework in statistics, math, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience in professional or coursework using Microsoft Office product suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Java, AWS, etc.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts and methodology to non-technical audiences.

Additional Information

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

Compensation

• The compensation range for this position is $88,900.00 - $88,900.00 annually.
• Base pay offered will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience, and will take into account internal equity.
