The Founder Office - Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves working closely with the founders to support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic growth initiatives, including market research, data analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Track key metrics to support decision-making.
• Assist in project management.
• Streamline operational processes.
• Help implement growth experiments across different functions.
• Contribute to building strong client relationships.
• Represent the founder’s office in internal and external interactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured research and analyze data to derive insights for growth initiatives.
• Strong skills in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review.
• Comfort with project management, coordination across teams, and tracking progress on multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with founders, colleagues, and clients.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Prior experience in a founder’s office, consulting, or a growth role is a plus.
