About The Opportunity

• Cadworks India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to build a career in sales and business development.
• The role focuses on lead generation, client communication, sales conversion, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant products/services effectively.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
• Handle the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closure.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain and update lead/customer information in CRM or relevant trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Research market trends, potential customers, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client onboarding.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales and Lead Generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sales, business development, and achieving targets.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to identify prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
