About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Graduate and Undergraduate Freshers for Voice, Chat, and Blended Customer Support Profiles in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls, live chat, or a combination of both.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and follow company processes.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data confidentiality standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, if required.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
• B.E or B.tech with 6 months International Customer service exp. is specifically mentioned.
• Freshers can apply; prior BPO or customer support experience is an advantage.
