About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data accuracy.
- Highlight trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
- Streamline information systems processes.
- Deliver timely reports and insights.
- Document reporting procedures.
- Improve reporting efficiency.
- Support management with ad hoc data requests and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Familiarity with database concepts, basic SQL, and automation of reports is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to understand and optimize reporting structures.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving using quantitative information.
- Hands-on experience in MIS Reporting, including creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and summaries for various business functions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and present insights clearly in written and verbal form.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in an MIS or reporting role is highly beneficial.
