About the Role

Project Alpha is seeking a Creative Designer to transform ideas, content, and learning experiences into clear, thoughtful, and engaging designs. This role emphasizes strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and an interest in content-led design.

• Programme Materials
• Workbooks
• Trainer presentation decks
• Parent-facing reports and learning materials
• Content & Layout
• Transform raw, unstructured content into clear, well-organized designs.
• Create strong hierarchy through typography, spacing, and layout.
• Simplify complex ideas for easy understanding.
• Brand & Marketing
• Social media creatives
• School posters
• Event and campaign collateral
• Campaign assets based on briefs
• Design Systems
• Build reusable templates and layout systems.
• Maintain consistency in typography, color, spacing, and grids.
• Contribute to Project Alpha’s visual language development.
• AI & Content
• Explore and utilize AI design tools.
• Write or refine simple headings/copy within designs as needed.
• Focus on content and structure, alongside visuals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and spacing.
• Ability to design clean presentations.
• Ability to design structured, multi-page documents.
• High attention to detail and consistency.
• A portfolio demonstrating structured, content-led work.
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong command of PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Figma and AI design tools are a plus.
• An interest in how design and content work together.

Qualifications

You don't need years of experience. We care about how you think, your design fundamentals, and your willingness to learn.

Hiring Task

Shortlisted candidates will receive a piece of raw, unstructured content and be asked to turn it into either a workbook page or presentation slide. The evaluation will focus on your approach to structure, clarity, and layout, not solely on the final output's polish.
