About the Role
Fluxy Media is seeking a proactive intern to work directly with the founder. This is a 6-month internship where you will gain hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and brand building for a marketing agency specializing in Meta Ads and social media marketing for interior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Follow-ups
- Track incoming leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp and calls.
- Confirm Google Meet appointments and track pending proposals.
- Ensure every lead has a clear status and next follow-up date.
- Prepare weekly reports on leads, meetings, and pipeline progress.
- Client Success & Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between clients, the founder, and the delivery team.
- Track client queries, pending approvals, updates, and deliverables.
- Ensure timely client communication.
- Flag client concerns and potential retention risks.
- Social Media & Brand Growth
- Develop content ideas for Fluxy Media's LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Assist in planning and executing founder-led content.
- Write LinkedIn posts, reel scripts, captions, and case studies.
- Coordinate with the editor and maintain a publishing calendar.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proactive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating professionally over WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Organized, dependable, and good at following through
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Interest in sales, business growth, content marketing, and startups
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- A proactive student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate.
Stipend: ₹8,000–₹10,000/month
