Key Responsibilities
- Performs analysis of building.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural drawings & MEP inputs.
- Preparation of civil structural BOQs & technical deliverables for tender & operating jobs.
- Proficiency in the preparation and checking of General arrangement drawings and Production drawings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete design and precast concrete construction.
- Expertise in connection details.
- Expertise on relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS, PCI manuals, ACI, relevant FIB manuals).
- Proficiency in structural analysis & design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, CONCISE BEAM).
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Team player.
