HR Intern

About the Role

• Support the Human Resources team in day-to-day people operations.
• Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records.
• Learn HR processes while working in a fast-paced, creative, and remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings across various job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
• Assist in preparing and updating HR policies, documents, and employee records.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
• Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR support under guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with managers and different departments to support recruitment and HR operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge or strong interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred: Basic understanding of recruitment and interview coordination.
• Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus.
• Preferred: Interest in employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development.
• Preferred: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly in a collaborative environment.
