About the Role
Vardhman Group is designing, building, and launching AI agents that answer in Hindi and English, capture customer needs, and book next steps. As an AI Implementation Strategist Intern, you will build with the team from week one.
Key Responsibilities
- Sit in on customer discovery conversations and map business calls and messages.
- Build AI agents, including defining the prompt, knowledge base, call flow, and booking rules.
- Launch voice agents, followed by chat and WhatsApp agents.
- Test agents with scored calls and determine readiness for real customers.
- Write test scenarios in Hindi, English, and Hinglish, including edge cases.
- Identify and fix agent errors, such as inventing answers or mishearing information.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent Hindi and English.
- Clear phone voice.
- Curiosity about business operations.
- Habit of self-teaching new software.
- Close attention to detail.
- Discipline to meet deadlines.
- Availability for 30 hours a week for 3 months.
- Located in Mumbai or able to visit occasionally.
Qualifications
- Aged 18 or over.
- Any course or year of study.
- No experience needed.
