Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer service operations within a 24x7 shift window.
- Work 5 days a week with rotational week offs.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- HSC / Graduate degree required.
- Successful completion of Voice Versant assessment ( only 1 attempt allowed).
Qualifications
- Candidates with HSC or Graduate educational background.
- Ability to perform in a 24x7 shift environment, with an emphasis on night shifts post-training.
