About the Role

URCUP is a food-forward café prioritizing freshness and quality, preparing ingredients like paneer, bread, and sauces in-house. The team values craft, consistency, and pride in products. This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Faridabad & Greater Kailash.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to café standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Operate coffee equipment.
• Assist with basic food preparation.
• Follow recipes and hygiene guidelines.
• Restock supplies.
• Welcome guests, take orders, and process payments.
• Provide attentive customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth café operations.
• Contribute to a friendly, efficient atmosphere.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Barista skills: Beverage preparation, familiarity with coffee equipment.
• Coffee and beverage knowledge: Beans, life of beverages, differences between beverages.
• Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
• Communication skills.
• Food Preparation skills.
• Understanding of basic kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn in-house recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and peak hours.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
