Job Details

• Duration: 1 to 3 months
• Stipend: INR 14,500 to INR 16,000 per month
• Employment Type: Full Time (Internship)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, and chat in a polite and professional way.
• Create, track, and update support tickets using ticketing and CRM tools.
• Resolve customer issues within the set time and follow up until they are closed.
• Follow support guidelines, scripts, and quality standards in every customer interaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the right team member with complete details.
• Maintain customer records and prepare daily and weekly service reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest ways to improve the customer experience.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of customer service and handling customer queries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools.
• Patience, active listening, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a remote setup with a laptop and stable internet connection.

Good to Have

• Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute or more.
• Any customer service course, certification, or internship experience.

Eligibility

• Students and recent graduates in BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in customer service.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
