About the Role

Full-time, on-site role based in Schertz, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance accounts.
• Handle policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
• Address billing inquiries.
• Communicate directly with clients (phone, email, in-person) to answer coverage questions, provide quotes, and resolve issues.
• Ensure a positive client service experience.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Prepare documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers on underwriting and claims.
• Follow up on outstanding requests.
• Identify opportunities for coverage improvements and cross-selling.
• Support agency growth through client retention and service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Client service skills (clear communication, active listening, professional, customer-focused manner).
• Organizational and administrative skills (attention to detail, accurate data entry, effective time management).
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or agency management systems).
• Comfort working with digital tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic insurance knowledge or experience with personal or commercial lines, policy servicing, and documentation (or strong interest in learning these areas).
• Additional education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Texas is preferred; willingness to obtain licensing within a set timeframe if not already licensed.
