About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, focused on distribution operations within the sports and badminton product category.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock levels for fast-moving badminton products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and distributors.
- Ensure timely replenishment of goods.
- Support sales operations.
- Monitor product performance.
- Assist in merchandising and in-store displays to maximize product visibility.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and retail teams to align promotions.
- Provide customer-focused support to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Office tools
- Basic ERP or inventory management software
Qualifications
- Experience in retail/wholesale or FMCG sales, merchandising, and in-store product presentation.
- Ability to analyze product performance data, track sales trends, and support demand forecasting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sports retail or consumer goods is an advantage.
