Data Analysis Trainee

About the Role

• This traineeship role is for a Data Analysis Trainee in a remote setting.
• The trainee will work with datasets to clean, organize, and validate data for analysis and reporting.
• This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in data analytics while contributing to projects that support MedTourEasy’s healthcare-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing basic data analysis.
• Assisting in building simple data models.
• Supporting the creation of dashboards or reports under guidance.
• Helping interpret data trends.
• Preparing documentation.
• Communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities, with interest in working with real-world datasets.
• Basic understanding of Statistics and its application in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with Data Modeling concepts or willingness to learn and apply them.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for explaining data findings to non-technical team members.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate virtually.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and methods in data analytics.
• Current student or recent graduate in a quantitative, technical, or related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics) preferred.

Tech Stack / Tools

• Comfort with spreadsheets and/or data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or introductory BI tools) is beneficial.
