Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Implement application functionality based on technical requirements.
- Debug and resolve application issues.
- Develop REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot after appropriate training.
- Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.
- Follow Git-based version control practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Prepare technical documentation when required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of Core Java.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, including:
- Classes and Objects
- Inheritance
- Polymorphism
- Abstraction
- Encapsulation
- Understanding of exception handling and collections.
- Basic knowledge of multithreading.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of REST API concepts is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
- Spring / Spring Boot.
- Hibernate / JPA.
- Maven / Gradle.
- Basic understanding of microservices.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MCA and M.Sc. Computer Science candidates may also be considered.
Ideal Candidate: A strong programming foundation, logical approach to problem-solving, and willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a software development environment.
