Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, starting at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Gain experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Establish community relationships essential to building business.
• Always put customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States, without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following:
• Sales: (e.g., commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
• Customer Service: (e.g., retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality, or call center)
• Leadership: (e.g., management, military, athletics/team activities, clubs, organizations, or community involvement)
