Analyst

About the Role

The Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and interpret operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and dashboards.
• Support root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend actionable solutions.
• Document processes.
• Maintain data accuracy.
• Ensure that analyses align with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders.
• Present findings in a clear and structured manner.
• Support implementation tracking for approved initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, basic data analysis tools, and reporting or visualization software (such as Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of operational processes, business metrics, and performance measurement.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division.
• Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and problem-solving methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and develop clear insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant internships or experience in operations or analytics are an advantage.
• Experience with process improvement frameworks (such as Lean or Six Sigma) is a plus.
