Associate Analyst, Non Technical/ Non Voice

Key Responsibilities

• Review and compare hotel prices from partner price feeds against hotel booking websites.
• Identify and classify cases as Match or Mismatch based on total pricing, including base rates, taxes, and additional fees.
• Verify booking details, including itinerary accuracy, number of adults, and length of stay.
• Identify hidden taxes, local charges, and discrepancies in pricing.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of daily assigned tasks.
• Identify and escalate process-related issues.
• Follow process guidelines, maintain quality standards, and adapt to process updates.
• Contribute towards improving process efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome.
• Good logical reasoning and numerical aptitude, especially percentage calculations.
• Basic computer knowledge and email writing skills.
• Good attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Adaptable, quick learners, and comfortable working in a process-driven environment.
