Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at Spartech Impex Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Create job postings and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage employer branding initiatives, leveraging digital platforms and professional networks.
• Support IT recruitment needs.
• Maintain recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and professional networking platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote work environment are advantageous.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Excellent Communication skills, including collaboration with stakeholders and professional candidate engagement.
• Employer Branding capabilities, with experience promoting organizational culture and values.
• IT Recruitment experience, including sourcing and evaluating technical talent.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
