About GenAIx

GenAIx is an enterprise AI workforce intelligence and upskilling platform focused on AI adoption and behavioral change.

The Role

Help GenAIx get its system in front of the right companies and tell its story clearly. Run growth experiments, shape messaging around AI adoption and change management, and learn from buyer responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build target account lists of mid-market and enterprise companies and identify decision-makers (HR, L&D, Operations, Transformation, Change Management).
  • Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email, testing messaging and tracking results.
  • Turn research on AI adoption, workplace behavior, and change management into LinkedIn posts, carousels, and short-form content.
  • Research why AI rollouts stall inside companies, and collect case studies, data, and buyer pain points that sharpen positioning.
  • Help plan and promote webinars, events, and community touchpoints.
  • Track funnel metrics (reach, replies, meetings booked) and report weekly on what’s working and why.
  • Support pilot and partnership outreach, including co-marketing and referral channels.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university (business, psychology, economics, marketing, engineering, or a related field).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Curious about how people adopt new technology and why they often don’t.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets.
  • A self-starter who moves fast with little structure and figures things out independently.
  • Nice to have: background in behavioral science, organizational psychology, or change management; experience in marketing, sales, or content; familiarity with outreach or CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay); interest in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or startups.

What You’ll Gain

  • Direct mentorship from a founder with experience at J.P. Morgan, BCG, and Latham & Watkins.
  • A front-row seat to building a B2B startup and defining a new category.
  • Hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, AI adoption, and the behavioral side of organizational change.
  • Real ownership of projects with visible results, a strong reference, and a path to more responsibility.
